There are times when our amazing volunteers have personal things come up in their life or simply need a break. We are looking for compassionate caring individuals willing to "step in" and fill the gap when our regular volunteers are unable to fulfill their duties. If you are looking for a way to service or give back to your community then this opportunity is right for you. We are in need of "on call" volunteers who want to help but are unable to commit to regularly weekly meetings. Most of our volunteers help with things such as end of life projects, socialization, and just being a friend to our clients. When you are asked to fill in for an absent volunteer you will receive all information on what a client likes to do so you are well prepared for your potential visit.
