Middle School Herb Lesson
A look at one of our middle school class lessons on herbs

Master Gardeners are volunteer educators who work within their community to encourage and promote environmentally sound gardening and landscaping practices. They work with youth, adults, and seniors in a number of different educational capacities, including community gardens, school gardens and gardening-related lessons, speaking programs throughout the area, and more! As an educational program of Virginia Cooperative Extension, Virginia Master Gardeners bring the resources of Virginia's land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University, to their community.

Extension is a joint program of Virginia Tech, Virginia State University, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and state and local governments.
