FOOD FOR LIFE GLOBAL is a nonprofit organization, addressing world hunger and uniting the world through the liberal distribution of pure plant-based meals. The project started in 1974 when an elderly Indian swami, Srila Prabhupada, implored his yoga students not to allow anyone within a ten-mile radius of his ashram to go hungry. The program grew quickly, and is now active in 60 countries, with over 200 projects distributing more meals than the United Nations World Food Programme.

Today, our organization is looking at a talented copy-writer and corporate sponsorship specialist to help us design and formulate the best proposal to attract financial and/or in-kind support for our non-profit and its innovative projects.

The tasks are :

• Help us re-write our sponsorship letter and proposal to make it more attractive for potential sponsors.

• Look for potential sponsors whose activity is not in contradiction with the values of our organization

• Find a unique approach to personalize benefits for each lead (optional)

• Initiate the first contact with policy makers (go beyond contact email addresses and create contacts with company's CEO or Brand Manager through their online profile, etc.)

This is an exciting volunteer opportunity because it gives you great freedom in the execution of your missions, values personal initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and human contact.

We're not necessarily looking for professionals in this field but rather motivated and creative individuals, able to convert their experience into an asset for the biggest food relief organization in the world.
