We are looking for an individual who may be seeking to gain experience in Case Management or Mentoring skills (or an individual seasoned in these skills) to provide support to some of our children and families. Assistance includes helping families to navigate different agency systems, spending 1:1 time with children, assisting teens to access GED, ID, Licensing and other services, and reinforcing skill development around vocational and educational skills.

Description
Beacon Youth & Prevention Services provides outreach, prevention, treatment and family reunification supports to children, adolescents and families of Marion and Polk County. We are a new non-profit organization and are in the process of opening two new programs, one to support women in transition toward rebuilding their lives and achieving reunification with their children and one to support adolescent males ages 12-15 who have been involved in the child welfare or juvenile justice system and are also seeking reunification with their family.
