#Savemusic4kids Campaign Memphis/ Apple Seeds, Inc. Fundraiser-Proceeds will benefit Public school music program initiatives and Apple Seeds,Inc youth empowerment programs. As a community, we can help sustain musical opportunities in our public schools, eliminate barriers and uplift every child to gain confidence and increase self-esteem though access and opportunity!

Fundraiser to benefit Public School Music Program Intiatitives and Appleseeds, Inc- Exciting opportunity to help make a difference.

Event staff-

Volunteers will be needed to execute various functions such as food and drink servers, set-up and break down crews and so-on. Vounteers must be able to bend, carry and pick up 15lbs or more. Neat and clean appeance. we ask that you wear black or beige pants no jeans and a neat white top.

Shifts can be arranged. Shift one 8:00am-10:15 and 10:15-1:30 am

Approved Shifts will be contingent on space availability.

Description

Apple Seeds, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that offers mothers and families education, support, and objective nurturing guidance in a community based setting. Having a baby is tough physically and mentally for mothers of all ages before and after birth. With professional, objective, and caring help mothers can become knowledgeable of her and baby’s needs and cope with the realities of parenthood. Apple Seeds, Inc. will equip and support mothers through these four Program Areas:

  1. Project HOPE (Healthy Opportunities through Partnering and Education;
  2. Therapeutic Services for pregnant and postpartum women with the following concerns
  3. Prenatal and Postpartum Education Classes
  4. Community Based Support Groups that will focus on immediate concerns of moms (pregnancy-third trimester, 0-3 months, 3-6 months) and emerging themes.
