Addiction Awareness

Looking to raise awareness about Addiction - which affects all walks of life, entire communities, friends and families. There is HOPE for addicts and HOPE for friends and families of addicts. HOPE and HELP is available from many different sources.

Volunteers are needed to WALK and spread awareness about ADDICTION which is now an epidemic and health emergency.

Volunteers are needed to help with activities after the walk, such as raffles, childrens events, entertainment, selling t-shirts, etc.

T-Shirts will be sold to raise awareness and help with event expenses, along with raffles.

Registration is open now and ends the Morning of the Event, followed by a walk around Downtown Oswego. The Walk will begin and end at the ELKS Lodge where there will be entertainment, food, raffles, vendors and Education Information, Service Informaiton, Rehab and Support services, and much more!

Volunteers will be needed to help set up and clean up as well.

Mission of the VOW Foundation is educational and charitable purposes, to help assist in raising awareness of the inherent dangers associated with the manufacturing, sale, distribution and use of synthetic drugs, advocate for stronger legislation against the manufacture, sale, possession and use of synthetic drugs in the Oswego County, NY community and throughout the State of NY, and to advocate and provide support services to the mentally ill, homeless and low-income persons.
