Picklesburgh is a culinary celebration that goes beyond the dill pickle to include international dishes, prepared foods and artisan cocktails that feature pickled ingredients; an embrace of the farm-to-table movement and the rising popularity of canning: a selection of handcrafted foods and artisan cocktails from local restaurants; informative how-to demonstrations; merchandise such as pickled goods, books and DIY products; and live music. The event will close the 9 th St. (Rachel Carson) Bridge and feature a giant flying Heinz pickle as the event center piece.
Volunteering at Picklesburgh is rewarding and fun! Help keep Downtown vibrant, get the inside scoop on exciting Downtown happenings, and meet great people! We need help assisting with programs, greeting people, beverage pouring, and wristbanding/ID'ing.

Focusing primarily on the Golden Triangle area, we fulfill our mission by cleaning public spaces, providing safety liaison assistance, supporting improvements and marketing Downtown as the regional business and cultural center, and the premier location to live, work, shop, dine, play, and visit.
