ORGANIZATION: Heartland Hospice

Heartland Hospice serves patients who are in the last stage of life. We strive to care for the whole person, and volunteers are an important part of our team. Many of our patients are bedbound and lack sensory stimulation and companionship. The role of the volunteer is to bring that spark of life to the bedside. No matter your talents (or lack thereof), anyone can do it! All you need is the willingness. We will provide comprehensive training and prepare you for the meaningful work of a hospice volunteer.
