We are needing drivers for our senior transportation program. The majority of our volunteers are gone for the summer and our seniors need to get to the doctor and the grocery store. Please help us to get them there. Volunteers drive their own car at all times; mileage reimbursement available.

We offer different programs for the community
In home volunteer program - volunteers to help seniors with transportation and running errands. Provide Friendly Visits.
R.N. Care Management programs- nurse visit to your home. Links to community resources.
SHiM- A fall prevention visit to your home.
A Touch That Cares program- R.N. medical advocacy
Monetary Assistance Program- rental assistance to qualified households.
