The Neighborhood Resource Center is a grassroots educational and cultural center in Fulton Hill (east Richmond). We are looking for volunteers to assist with our gardening class for kids ages 6 & up that runs on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00. Even if you do not know a lot about gardening, this is a great way to expand your knowledge alongside our youth in the NRC's Learning Garden! Our gardener is also in great need of volunteers to come in outside of class time to weed, water and maintain our organic raised-bed garden and greenhouse, especially on weekends and in the mornings.
