Do you have some free time during the week? Do you have a truck? Are you able to lift safely? Well hot diggity you got the job! Every week we have feed donated that must be picked up and brought to the refuge. We have a weekly pick up at Cooper Brothers Meats on Harrodsburg Road near Ramseys, a montly pick up at the Good Foods Coop, and fruits and veggies from Krogers. Hours are flexible and if you have time, you may even be able to help us feed the animals! You will need a truck, a decent back, and a few hours a week. This is such an important opprotunity. We rely on these donations to keep the animals happy and healthy.
