The Arkansas Blood Institute is in need of a Donor Reminder Caller. Duties include:

1. Calling donors to advise them about upcoming blood drives in their area and help them make appointments to donate blood.

2. Calling currently scheduled donors to remind them of their appointment times.

3. Helping get the word out about our community blood drives.

The best candidate will have great customer service skills, a "smile" in their voice and the desire to contribute to their community health! Each volunteer gets a free t-shirt, free snacks and is able to take part in recognition and rewards programs!
