Although the Huntington Woods, MI Fourth of July Parade is compact in length of 1.25 miles, it attractings thousands of spectators to this scenic Detroit suburb along the Woodward corridor. Vounteers help to carry the 7' Earth Ball or help pass out flyers. We meet at 9:30 a.m.; the parade starts at 10 a.m. and your obligation will be over by noon.

The Green Cruise celebrates walking, biking, running, hiking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and other forms of human powered transportation and includes organized bike rides, a 1pm parade, children’s crafts and activities, an educational area, free healthy food, green sponsor booths, entertainment ... plus much more!
