Be a part of something special!
Kindred Hospice is looking for dedicated Companion Volunteers! Companion Volunteers sit bedside with hospice patients and provide companionship and a supportive presence. Companion Volunteers are specially trained and believe passionately in the hospice philosophy of providing comfort care and support to patients and families at end of life.
Companion Volunteers:
- Read books, play games, or just listen to patients
- Run errands for patients
- Create memory books for patients
- Educate the community about the value of Hospice Volunteers
