Fireworks, bands, and a carnival too... How would you like to earn volunteer and service hours while having fun in the sun? You can earn service hours volunteering at the Homer Community Fest, and stay to ride carnival rides, enjoy fireworks, and spend time with friends. This year’s festival will take place June 23-26.
Working at the Homer Community Fest is a fun and easy way for high school students to earn hours towards graduation, for adults to get involved in the community, and for scouts to work towards service badges. Volunteer hours are available during set up, festival hours, and take down. A limited amount of volunteers are also needed for the parade on Saturday June 25.
