The National Kidney Foundation will host a kidney disease info/resource table at the International District Health Fair on June 4 th. www.facebook.com/idhealthfair We are looking for 1-2 volunteers to work with our lead volunteer the day of the health fair and provide visitors with handouts and information about CKD. Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not required. The shift would be from 9:15 am - 2:15 pm on June 4 th and includes free lunch.

Services and support are provided to kidney patients, transplant recipients, and their families; organ donor families; and renal health care professionals throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and the western 53 counties of Missouri. We focus on Awareness, Prevention and Treatment.
