HiDocs Virtual Care Management (VCM) telemedicine platform allows providers to extend their reach of care by leveraging secure one-on-one live video, audio and text message consultations between ambulatory patients and their primary care and specialty care physicians. Our SaaS solution is a robust cloud based HIPAA and HITECH compliant communications platform developed to enable healthcare providers to directly engage patients remotely in a "virtual care" environment.

Using HiDocs VCM telemedicine platform, healthcare providers can conduct scheduled virtual consultations for patients receiving ongoing treatment. Providers can also conduct on-demand consultations to: help reduce avoidable visits in urgent-care or emergency room settings, provide remote medical services such as in-school virtual clinics, and collaborate physician-to-physician. With our "white label" VCM technology, healthcare providers have another powerful tool to help them extend their brand, reach-of-care and find efficiencies in personnel utilization while continuing to deliver high quality healthcare services.

The role is for a market research analyst. The analyst will interview all the key players in the precision medicine space to figure out if Precision medicine is a good space to get into. Responsibilities

The Analyst works with the team’s Managers and focuses solely on competitive intelligence, either in the behavioral health or precision medicine space.

Key responsibilities include:

* Online research and data collection for HiDocs primary competitors.
Conducting primary market research via one on one personal interviews or focus groups.
* Researching/analyzing the healthcare market conditions and trends, as well as competitor messaging, strategies, trends and financial reporting documents to obtain strong understanding of competitor intended target audience, strengths, weaknesses and strategies in order to develop effective marketing tools and branding initiatives.
* Developing winning HiDocs organizational strategies based on healthcare market conditions and trends, including competitor research/analysis.
* Developing and creating deliverables that inform internal decision makers about HiDocs competitors and the organization’s associated strategies.
* Supporting team members in the Marketing & Communications divisions to execute marketing tactics.
* Working with agencies and external vendors as needed to execute on strategic objectives.
* Participating in, and in some cases driving, the marketing group project management process.
* Participating in on-site marketing activities including industry trade shows, and regional office visits as needed.

Requirements

* A positive outlook and motivation to beat the competition.
* BS/BA degree in related discipline.
* Applicants should possess creativity, good judgment, ability to multitask, and general business acumen in addition to a solid market research foundation.
* Maintain and communicate a high set of competitive-intelligence ethical standards, ensuring that all intelligence is gathered from appropriate sources and employs appropriate collection methodologies
* Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to build trust
* Results- and detail-oriented team player with a collaborative personality, but should be able to work independently and be self-motivated for continued learning.
* Strong work ethic, ambition and drive for success.
* Demonstrated skill in being highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
* Critical and holistic thinker; exercises excellent judgment to analyze problems from multiple perspectives with good problem-solving/decision-making skills.
