The ED Liaison will provide rounding and facilitate communication between patients and providers in the emergency department acting as a customer service liaison between emergency department staff and patients. The ED Liaison communicates with patients about the patient care process and addresses any needs or concerns that patients or families may have during their stay providing information about wait times, delays, or directions within the facility.
