House of Hearts is a non profit with a passionate focus on young mothers and teen parents. We are looking for socially confident and motivated individuals to join our new Programs Team in developing relationships of referrals.
As an Outreach and Referral Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Programs in building relationships with community organizations and identifying new referral sources, as we are in the building and developing stages. You will also work with all Program Team members in developing a fun, educational, and life changing program for our young mothers and teen parents!

Description
House of Hearts, Inc. a 501c3 organization for young adult mothers. Through a collaborative framework of community supportive services and linkages work together to create and inclusive, safe and nurturing environment and provide services and resources allowing our young women the ability to grow, thrive and prosper. Our services include Peer sessions for our parents, Holistic Nutritional Cooking Classes, Financial Literacy, Parenting, and Enrichment program: Tutoring, Music, Art, Fitness and Yoga.
