The North Jersey Pride Festival, now in its 10th year, brings together LGBTQ+ and supportive ally attendees to celebrate diversity, equality and respect for all. The festival features live music, large kids zone and stage, 100+ vendors, and food court.
We need lots of volunteers to make this amazing event happen!
The jobs we need help with, in 2-hour shifts, are:
* North Jersey Pride Tent: Volunteers will give out Pride Guides, sell T-shirts and other merch and answer attendee questions. (On-site training will be provided.)
* North Jersey Pride Vendor Court Tent: Same as above in different location.
* Roaming Volunteers: Walking around the crowd, selling tickets to our raffle and taking donations. Helps to be a people person. :)
* Kids Zone: Volunteers will sell wristbands and answer questions about Kids Stage.
* Cleanup: Volunteers will help break down the festival.

North Jersey Pride is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes equality, community and family in the upper Garden State. Through educational and entertaining events, and partnerships with other community nonprofits, we bring LGBTQ members and allies together in support of a common cause: equality for all.
Description
North Jersey Pride hosts the family-friendly North Jersey Pride Festival, now in its 5th year, as well as other events in June and throughout the year. We seek to create a safe space for LGBTQ youth, in particular, within the broader context of a cohesive community of LGBTQ individuals and their supportive allies.
We are an all-volunteer organization and, as such, we rely on the help of community members to produce our wonderful events.
