Chaparral House is small non-profit nursing home dedicated to innovative and excellent elder care located in Berkeley.
We are looking for a volunteer to assist our admissions director with our quarterly newsletter (done with the Publisher program) and some general office assistance. Volunteer would assist with layout and could have some input on content as well.
Some of this work could be done offsite--but it be great to have a volunteer who could be available occasionally during the work week (except Tuesday) to come in to our location and work directly with our admissions director. Volunteer should be familiar with the Publisher program.
Great opportunity for students studying graphics / journalism and looking to get some hands on experience.
