Fostering is FREE!
A puppy foster is a person who is looking to specifically foster puppies. Puppies are great foster pets because they are fun, exciting, get along well with many dogs, and they typically get adopted quicker!!!
The Foster parent is only expected to provide
- A loving environment
We even have commited fosters to help when you go out of town.
We love and appreciate our foster families and try to offer them all the support they need including all the vet care, food, and supplies required. First and foremost, we try to match them with the right dog. Some people cannot make it to Saturday adoption events, for example, but can foster a dog who is undergoing treatment for heartworm or another condition.
If you would like to foster but are not sure if it would work for you, please contact us so we can talk about the possibilities!

Mission Statement
Our goal is to save as many dogs as possible and to do this we can use short as well as long-term fosters. You can foster if you already have pets, if you have kids, if you work full-time, or if you are a student. We think there’s a perfect foster dog for everyone, and we will do our best to find one who fits well with your schedule, lifestyle, pets, and family. Many people don’t know that fostering is an option, so we hope you’ll share this information with friends, co-workers, neighbors, relatives, and other people you know who love animals, are responsible and committed, and want to help make the world a better place.

"WE RESCUE AND REHABILITATE DOGS WHO ARE AT RISK IN OVERCROWDED SHELTERS, INCLUDING MANY WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF CRUELTY AND DOG-FIGHTING, AND THEN PLACE THEM IN PERMANENT HOMES. WE ALSO ADVOCATE FOR PIT BULLS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND WORK TO BUILD A COMMUNITY THAT SUPPORTS THE BOND BETWEEN DOGS AND PEOPLE."
