Are you passionate about helping underpriviledged children get the best education and healthcare possible? Put you skill set to work and help us give every child the tools they need to be the best they can be!
Children Across America is currently seeking skilled, experienced and energetic professionals with a passion to help children to join our Board of Directors to drive the growth of the organization and raise funds to grow our children's literacy and preventative health programs. Monthly financial commitment is $25. Without money, its just a good idea!
Children Across America, a humanitarian organization, provides preventive healthcare and literacy programs for America's children with a focus on under-served children. Our vision is to empower families and children in low-income communities. Its unique programs are focused on improving children’s literacy skills and drive educational excellence while maintaing a healthy lifestyle. We are a 501C3 non profit corporation registered in the State of Massachusetts.
Our organization partners with local healthcare advocates, pediatricians, hospitals, libraries and school systems to ensure children get the full benefit of its programs. If you have a passion to help Americas children succeed, be healthy and excel in their educational development, come help us grow!
We need board members to be advocates for our organization. You need to have a passion for helping less fortunate children. Invite your friends and colleagues for a tour of our facility and even observe our kids programs so they can observe our good works! There is a financial commitment of $25 per month or $300 one time annual donation for all board members

Children Across America is a 501 (c)(3) (EIN 27-0355388), humanitarian organization. Children Across America provides literacy support and preventative healthcare to underserved children in the United States. Its vision is to empower families and children in low income communities. Its unique programs are focused on improving children’s educational excellence and health. The organization partners with local libraries, school systems healthcare advocates and hospitals to ensure children get the full benefit of its programs. We provide a free alternative program to underserved families with students in grades K-5, who can't afford a private tutor, or professional tutoring services such as Kaplan or Kumon.
Description
CAA has a combination of medical and educational programming.
Our main educational program is a STEM and Coding program for all children. We also focus on children K-5 grade that come from families that English is not their first language. Our Summer Reading and Math Club (Children's Book Club) and our Saturday Reading and Math club's goal is to raise the level of literacy in America's children. Our Math Clubs are to help develop children's basic math skills. We help all children but our main focus is the underserved population of America. Our signature program is our Summer STREAM and Girls Love to Code Club, that runs from July through August and our Saturday STREAM and Girls Love to Code Club that runs each Saturday.
Our main medical program and focus of our medical programming is Health Promotion in motion. This is a immunization and preventative healthcare initiative focused on making sure every child in America is immunized per CDC guidelines and has healthcare coverage. We are a vendor for the State for Mass healthcare signps.
