Description

Seeking a dynamic, experienced and hands-on individual to develop, build and manage an extensive affiliate marketing program. This position will be responsible for designing and deploying a plan for providing environmentally responsible services to our members and also represent our services to other entities. Duties: * Serve all aspects of an aggressive affiliate building program * Assist in designing affiliate program including budget and strategies * Launch program by recruiting affiliates through traditional marketing * Manage aspects of affiliate interaction with Company * Support strategic initiatives with assigned corporate affiliate partners (This position is ultimately measured by volume and profit generated) http://www.racetosaveearth.org

Skills

  • * Experience in a network-building role * Excellent communications ability both written and oral * Proven track record in off-line affiliate or network marketing * Experience working in a start-up environment * Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, goal oriented, unstructured, high-growth environment. * Ability and willingness to operate in a hands-on environment, initially performing many functions directly without staff support, and being completely accountable for your results * Must possess excellent sales and motivational leadership skills * Positive attitude and friendly demeanor; entrepreneurial spirit; team-oriented and no politics attitude * Willingness to dedicate extra effort to achieve success
