The 2016 International Festival of Arts and Ideas is rapidly approaching and we are in need of volunteers! Our Twenty-first Festival starts on June 10th and runs until the 25th. We have an amazing lineup this year with a huge variety of performances and activities- all of which need volunteers. To view the whole calendar, please visit: www.artidea.org/calendar . After the form has been completed you will receive a private link to VolunteerSpace where you will be able to specifically select which activities you would like to participate in. Description
The Festival's ambitious music and theater programs fill New Haven with renowned international stars, newly-discovered artists, and a number of U.S. premieres each season. The eclectic ideas program offers a mix of serious, controversial, and whimsical topics, all designed to inspire new ways of thinking. The Festival also features spectacular visual arts and plenty of family-friendly events. It continues to make more than 80% of Festival events free to the public, including some of the most prestigious opera, jazz, symphony, rock, folk and fusion music in the world.
