Our 3rd annual Charity Gala is upon us and we are looking for responsible, committed volunteers for this spectacular event. The jobs are listed below.

We are The Gift of Life a non profit organization that helps parents of Premature babies and their babies. We have our 3rd annual charity gala on 9/10/16. We had a few volunteers last minute drop out of their assignments and we need to replace them right away. Please message me if you can help. Here is what we are in need of:
Movers/We need a few guys to help with moving some Crystal Christmas trees out of truck for set up on Friday 9/9/16 1pm to 4pm and to put them back in the truck on 9/10/16 after the event 11:30pm to 1am
Event Planner Assistant: 8am-11pm Bkfst/lunch/Dinner Provided Dress Code: Evening Wear x 1 person
Volunteer Registration Table:/Breakfast/Lunch and you are welcome to stay for Dinner at the gala just let us know if you will /8am arrival-5pm Dress Code: Casual in Day/ Evening Wear at gala if staying x 1 person
Live Auction Assistant to auctioneer: 3pm-9pm/Dinner Provided and welcome to stay through entire show Dress Code: Ladies Evening Wear Men: Black Suit or Tux x 1 person
Set Up Gala: 4pm-8p Day Before Dress Code: Casual x 1 person
Clean up After Gala: 11pm-1am/Dinner will be provided if coming to the gala Dress Code: Casual( change after event) x 1 person
Booth Manager 3pm-7pm/Dinner and can stay afterwards for the gala just let me know/dress code evening wear x 1 person
