At the Pearlstone Center, your volunteer group will engage in hands-on, team-based, outdoor projects that yield instant gratification and durable results. Surrounded by a thriving landscape of fields, forest, and our beautiful retreat center, these days are joyful and productive. Depending on the season and your inspiration, projects can take the form of plantings seeds, cultivating in the garden, environmental restoration projects, or harvesting.

Engaging Jewish, faith-based, and secular organizations, individuals, and families, Pearlstone Retreat Center serves all ages and backgrounds throughout Baltimore, the Chesapeake region, and beyond.
Description
We promote the three R’s: Re-skill, Re-engage and Re-turn to the land. Volunteers care for our animals, weed, harvest, or take on other skilled projects.
Skilled volunteers and groups can also join us for special building, farm or trail maintenance projects, help with hospitality events, and assist in the kitchen and office!
