50,000 people attend this annual family-friendly event that culminates with a patriotic concert by the Kansas City Symphony followed by a spectacular fireworks display.
Volunteers are an integral part in creating a successful and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your time and enthusiastic participation allow the KC Symphony give our community this free musical experience. You'll have a great time requesting monetary donations from the crowd while handing out mini flags to donors. Plan on lots of walking. T-shirts, a lunch, and drinks provided.
