Events committee targets to organize one friendraising event per month. Might be with the adoption team, happy hour, corporate campus, local retail venues, fairs and art fests, neighborhood events, school events, annual holiday raffle. The possibilities are limitless.
Opportunities to head committees and spearhead specific events. Be an ambassador for the shelter animals by promoting awareness and encouraging people to support the homeless animals of our city.

Dog & Kitty City is operated by the Humane Society of Dallas County. We are a 501.c3 non profit organization and do not receive any tax support. We rely solely on private donations. Our service to the animals depends completely on the generosity of the community and on committed, dedicated volunteers.
