The Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area ReStore has a very exciting summer planned for our customers and the community. We are celebrating our 3 rd Anniversary, preparing for a re-grand opening, and having a big community day to celebrate our new store lay-out and the official start of summer. To make this summer a success we need all the help we can get. As you know we rely heavily on great volunteers, and we would love your help with our summer preparations. The store will be closed the week listed above and we will be working on a very wide variety of projects to better utilize the stores floor space. The projects will range from painting, moving instillations, assembling shelving, constructing partial walls, reorganizing product, straightening the store, cleaning, and processing donations. If you are interested in lending a hand please follow the instructions provided to sign up, or look on our website and give us a call.

We are an interfaith grass roots housing ministry with the goal of eliminating poverty housing. Unwilling to accept the fact that thousands of families live without adequate shelter, Habitat for Humanity challenges and invites individuals, religious organizations, companies, foundations, and other organizations to join in partnership with people who are living in inadequate housing to improve their living conditions.
