Come volunteer at the 4th annual AOC7 Literacy Fair! Volunteers will support the Jumpstart arts and crafts booth where children will do spring themed activities. Volunteers will also get the opportunity to assist reading areas by reading one on one with the children and inviting families to join in on the fun!

Description
Each year, one third of America's children arrive on their first day of school without the skills necessary to succeed at grade level. When children begin behind their peers, catching up, especially without additional assistance, is difficult and unlikely. By focusing on enriching the education of preschool students from disadvantaged communities, Jumpstart is making sure every child has a chance at success. Jumpstart is a national nonprofit dedicated to inspiring children to learn, adults to teach, families to get involved, and communities to progress together.
