ORGANIZATION: Golden History Museum & Park

We are looking for a chicken caretaker to open and/or close the coop on Saturdays and/or Sundays . If you are comfortable with animals, an independent and reliable worker who’s good at email communication, we will train you to work with our chickens. Requires 15-30 minutes per week, and pays all the eggs you can find. The chicken coop is located in Clear Creek History Park.

Three unique venues are administered by Golden History Museum & Park. Astor House Museum is a 1867 hotel/boarding house in the heart of Golden. Golden History Park is a scenic outdoor venue including original log cabins, a one room school house, and other buildings moved to Golden from near-by Golden Gate Canyon. Golden History Museum is a traditional gallery museum on the banks of Clear Creek.
