Do you like to volunteer to watch pre-k youth? Help us launch a new parent/child program!
PPL has a new Thursday parenting class for families transitioning from homelessness. Childcare and a meal are key to successful sessions and remove barriers to participation.
We're seeking volunteers (individual or group) to spend time with 3-10 preschoolers (on Thursdays from 5/5-6/2) helping them play dress up, color, read, build, or anything else. Staff will be with volunteers and youth. Volunteers will also help serve lunch and clean up. You do not have to be available every Thursday, but more dates the better.
If you would like to support our families by volutneering with our child care, please contact Elle Janss at elle.janss@ppl-inc.org and help make a difference!
