The Made In Lowell Team is seeking a volunteer to assist us in volunteer recruitment.
Training for Staff & Volunteers is May 5th from 7 to 8:30pm. LOCATION TBD.
Responsibilities will include posting volunteer opportunities on volunteer website, i.e. Give Back Time, Volunteer Match, Merrimack Valley Time Exchange, Social Media and potentially putting up posters in key locations in Lowell. Other responsibilities will be volunteer outreach to local community groups, high school, colleges and more.
In addition, the volunteer recruiter will ensure volunteer application is completed and criteria are met and assist in assigning volunteer tasks.
This position is a commitment of 1 hour each week and up to 5 hours each month to assist with volunteer outreach and recruitment.
The volunteer recruiter is an unpaid volunteer position. This person should be outgoing and enjoy being actively engaged in the community of Lowell.
