Event Volunteers Needed!

Date : May 22nd, 2016

Time : Set-up, 8:00am - 11:30am | Event Activities, 11:15am - 6:15pm

Location : Aspire (4110 Litt Drive, Hillside, IL)

We need amazing volunteer for a variety of roles at our annual Ben-A-Fit Block party! This event was founded by Ben Adelman, who wanted to give back to Aspire for the help he received as a child and now as an adult. -Today, Ben works at Superior Ambulance, his dream job, and lives with housemates in the community.- (more event information as, https://www.aspirechicago.com/ben-a-fit/)

This family-friendly festival is a celebration of the successes and personal growth of individuals with disabilities participating in Aspire’s programs, and all proceeds benefit Aspire Careers and Aspire Living! This year we celebrate the success of Stephen Bustell, who is filling an important role with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. (https://www.aspirechicago.com/cbre/)

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles during Set-up (needed from 8:00am to 11:30am) and/or for Event Activities (needed from 11:15am to 6:15pm). Individuals, families, and volunteer groups (up to 10 people) are welcome to help us put on a great event, and make the day a HUGE success! We can’t do it without you!!

Orientation will be at the event. No prior experience required. Food and a place to keep your personal items will be provided in the Volunteer Lounge. Casual attire is acceptable; a blue shirt/top is required.

Volunteer roles will fill up fast, so email me at aharold@aspirechicago.com as soon as possible to let me know you want to volunteer! Please also include your availability.
