Join our Anne Arundel Medical Center Auxiliary team! We are in need of volunteers who are interested in learning more about our Emergency Department. Gain hands on experience and learn more about volunteer opportunities through Anne Arundel Medical Center.
All Emergency Department Volunteers need to be able to:
Be on your feet for at least 4 hours.
Physically able to push patients in wheelchairs.
Take direction from Triage nurses/security in the event of a sitation.
Physically lift up to 10lbs
Hours that we are currently looking for are 7 AM - 11 AM, 11AM -3PM and 3PM -7PM and 7 PM -11PM.
The 7 PM- 11PM shift is only available for those that are ages 18 and older.
