Help maintain the 12-16 planters around the Aronoff Center during the weekday. Information Sessions Wednesday 5/4 9a-11a or Friday 5/6 9a-11a at the Aronoff Center. Applications & phone interviews prior to sessions.

We’re looking for volunteers to participate on a crew, committing to a few times a month as it fits your schedule. Shifts will be on Mondays and Thursdays in the mornings. Our goal is to get a crew of around 10-12 who will cycle through the schedule and ensure:

  1. Flowers are alive
  2. Planters are full of flowers and/or hanging viney type things (sweet potato plants?)
  3. Planters are creative looking and always full (so they don’t become ashtrays)
  4. Your personalities are incorporated into the design of the planters

Supplies will be provided by us. Keys to the supply area (water source, gloves, etc...) will be signed out by volunteers during the shift. We anticipate 2 volunteers per shift, two shifts a week through October, possibly longer weather dependent

Children between the ages of 10-16 with supervising guardian will be considered
