Counselors are needed to assist with adoptions on the second and third weekends of each month. Adoption Counselors assist with set-up and tear-down of adoption area, adoption inquiries, adoption applicant screening, performing vet checks, checking references, counseling adoption applicants, and providing general care for and oversight of the cats while at the adoption event.

Mission Statement
The purpose of the Fancy Feline Rescue of the South, Inc. ("FFRS") is to rescue abused, abandoned, neglected, unwanted, and homeless CFA- and TICA-recognized breed cats, particularly Persian, Himalayan, Exotic, Ragdoll, Birman, Maine Coon, and Siamese, and mixes of these breeds, with the hopes of placing each them in loving forever adoptive homes.
