The Volunteer Coordinator (VC) supervises all volunteers and provides direction, coordination, and consultation to all volunteer functions within Liberty Arts, Inc. The VC will meet with new volunteers and assess their skills and time commitments. The VC will monitor the studio for the need of volunteers and match volunteers accordingly. The VC will be responsible for scheduling volunteers for the studio and coordinating volunteers for various events. The primary objective of the VC initially will be recruitment of new volunteers. Secondly, the VC will implement a structured volunteer program to keep volunteers engaged and scheduled.
