Be a part of the evening as we all enjoy the outdoors with great music at Naper Settlement's annual Naper Nights Community Concert Series, Saturday, July 22, 2017!

The Chicago Experience: 6-7:30 PM
The Chicago Experience invites you to relive memories of the music that captured everyone’s heart! From the early hits off Chicago Transit Authority’s 1968 self-titled album, such as "Beginnings" and "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?," through the 1980’s, with Chicago’s hits "Hard To Say I’m Sorry" and "You’re The Inspiration," you will share in the joy that these songs bring.
Shining Star: 8:15-10 PM
Ten highly talented vocalists and musicians harmoniously join forces to present a tribute to Earth, Wind & Fire. Shining Star is a celebration of the four decade strong success, popularity and resilience of one of the most successful musical stories ever told...Earth, Wind & Fire.
Come join us for fun, food, music and history at Naper Settlement! Simply complete a volunteer application to begin the process (available on sign up site, see below). All volunteers must have one on file before their shift.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Note: volunteers under 18 are required to submit a new form for each event. Volunteers under 18 will be unable to participate without parent/guardian signature.
New volunteers will receive a summer season t-shirt at check-in and all volunteers will receive dinner. Please email nsvolunteer@naperville.il.us with questions.

Description
Naper Settlement is a history museum that serves northeastern Illinois as a unique educational and cultural resource. Through its costumed interpreters and 30 historic buildings located on the 13-acre grounds, history is brought to life with educational and hands-on activities for 150,000 visitors each year.
Naper Settlement is just steps away from downtown Naperville. Open year-round, museum provides fun and interactive learning opportunities for all ages. Become a part of our community as we portray and compare daily life from pioneer to Victorian to modern times.
