PPL Explorers: Exploring Books, Nature, and Our Community
Want to give back and have fun with great kids this summer? PPL’s Youth Development programs provide support and opportunities for youth from low-income communities to strengthen academic engagement, improve literacy skills, and build confidence over the summer months. Volunteers work with students (grades K-6th) twice a week on reading, writing, and fun outdoor activities!
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm
June 20th-Aug. 11th (Training during week of June 6th)
Location: TBD (in the Summit-University neighborhood of St. Paul)

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) is dedicated to serving individuals and families struggling with poverty, limited education, and other complex barriers to self-reliance. Over our 43-year history as a nonprofit, we have developed a broad range of highly integrated programs that help participants build more stable lives.
