Schedule: Volunteer Registration: 7:30am
Team/Coach Registration: 8:30am
Opening Ceremonies: 9:30am
Competition Begins: 10:30am

Dress: Come dressed for the weather! Layers, sunscreen, rain coat, water bottles, and a small daypack are always a good idea.

Day of event check in: Look for the volunteer registration banner to check in. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent sign their waiver. These can be emailed out in advance, if needed. All volunteers must show a form of ID at the volunteer registration check-in. Minimum age to volunteer is 14.

What to expect: Expect anything! We may assign you to hand out awards, but then have to move you to control an entrance gate. There are a number of tasks that we may need help with. Some of those include the following: timers, score keepers, awards, registration support, gate keepers, runners, escorts, etc.

You can expect to have a great time and to be energized by the Special Olympic athletes.
