ORGANIZATION: SERENITY HOUSE WOMENS SHELTER INC

For our 1st Annual 5k we will need volunteers to fill these different positions to make a smooth event:

Setting up tables, timing clock, tents

One group of volunteers should post signs and direct participants to the appropriate parking area

Registration, first aid, and information booths

Take mile markers and water stop supplies to locations on course.

Keep participants on course during race.

Distribute water to participants during event. Breakdown water station for pickup when all participants have passed.

Assist with start/finish line setup. Assist with finish line breakdown.

Distribute bibs and T-Shirts to participants. Help breakdown once race begins.

Also looking for a DJ/ Announcer for the event
