20 high school seniors move on to their next phase and we need rising freshman and sophomores to keep expanding the impact of the Mental Health and Wellness Promotion project.

Adolescent Wellness, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, was founded to simplify prevention of mental illness and its most tragic symptom of suicide.
Description
Adolescent Wellness, Inc. (AWI) promotes mental health and wellness activities for all children to practice. The goal is to prevent 1 case of depression for every 22 children AWI reaches before adolescence.
Kids exercising AWI activities practice balancing the weight of life’s worries with the relief of skills and knowledge. These problem solving skills and social supports strengthen their ability to overcome challenges and crises.
