JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT (JA) is one of the finest, tried and true opportunities to empower young people to own their future financial success.

JA programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to manage money, how to create jobs that make their communities more robust and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking in the workplace. Students put these lessons into action and learn the value of contributing to their communities.

JA volunteers deliver curriculum that JA provides, while sharing their experiences with students. They inspire and empower students to believe in themselves, showing them they can make a difference in the world.

Junior Achievement provides comprehensive kits per program including all required lesson plans and hands-on activities. All you need is enthusiasm and a positive attitude, life experience and a desire to teach children how to reach for the stars.

Schools within the Grand Rapids area are in need of volunteers for Kindergarten through 12 th grade classroom instruction.

If YOU want to help make a difference in a child’s life call the Grand Rapids JA office at 616.575.9080 TODAY!
