It's gift pack season at CQS! We are looking for reliable volunteers who are interested in gaining valuable work experience and warehousing skills in a face-paced and exciting environment.

Custom Quality Service assembles an average of 1 Million+ gift packages for the liquor industry every year, the bulk of which is completed during the peak season of May-August. The revenue from these jobs bring in the funds that allow CQS to continue its mission of providing sustainable employment for those with disabilities, immigrants or refugee, veterans or any of those who may experience barriers to unemployment.

CQS also hopes to implement vocational training programs for disabled employees to further their careers beyond the doors of CQS in the near future. A volunteer work force during gift pack season could help offset the cost of temporary seasonal employees and save money for what really matters... our mission.

Volunteers would be working in a warehouse enviroment, working on assmebly lines packing and assembling liquor gift packages. Other jobs may include labeling, dumping, quality check, and more.

Volunteers must be at least 20 years old, comfortable to work in a warm environment, comfortable standing for extended periods of time and comfortable working with those with disabilities or those who may not speak English.

Volunteer groups can be split int 2 shifts. Ideal oppurtunity for those loooking to develop job skills and work experience. Volunteering could lead to employment.
