Volunteers offer hospitality to guests by answering questions, giving directions and providing information regarding area accommodations, tourism attractions, dining, events and local services to tourists and the community. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours long and schedules are flexible.
Helpful attributes for these volunteer positions include a pleasant and friendly manner, general knowledge of the Janesville area and a true enjoyment of meeting and visiting with new people.
