The Fremont Township garden is a unique blend of annual and perennial fruit and veggies as well as natives. Our garden is an outdoor classroom for our community to learn about growing food, as well as providing fresh vegetables for an on-site food pantry. We are looking for gardeners to oversee workdays throughout the grow season. They would be required to be there for the entirety of the workday (usually 3 hours in the morning), help volunteers find work to do, answer questions, occasionally teach new techniques or methods.
