Are you a retired or working business professional with at least 10 years of leadership and management experience and with a flexible schedule? Your knowledge, skills and experience can make a huge difference to the success of Greater Cincinnati nonprofit organizations. By volunteering with Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (ESCC), you can join a team of more than 100 fellow businesspeople united in a mission of helping nonprofits in board development, strategic planning, outcomes assessments and more. As an ESCC volunteer, you can meet other like-minded men and women, develop additional leadership skills, build your personal and professional networks and make a difference in your community. Since its founding as a nonprofit agency in 1995, ESCC has assisted more than 500 nonprofit clients by providing high-quality, affordable consulting services, coachring and training custom-designed to meet their needs in achieving their missions. ESCC consists of a dedicated group of highly skilled volunteers who have a passion for transforming our community. We give back by consulting, coaching, and/or teaching leadership development to nonprofit organizations who want to become more effective.
Late last year, ESCC merged with ReSource. Later this spring our name will change to reflect our expanded mission.
