Qualifications/Skills/Certifications Needed:
1. Prior experience with ESL classes or co-teaching
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries as required and appropriate
3. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with culturally diverse staff and participants
4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese preferred, but not required
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Support students in developing and accomplishing individual learning goals, as needed
2. Document student attendance, progress, and areas of need
